Many Different Types of Music Are Favored by Record Buyes

Since thousands year ago, music is the part of people’s life. With its power, music could empower people or in other hand make the people feel sad by hearing the music. Whether it could make us sad or happy, it based on the composer’s mood when they create the music or the types (genres) of music it have. A rock music in example, it still let our heart beating when we hear it, even the sad one. There are many types of music, but only the few of them sounds popular in people’s ears.

Nowadays, people, especially girls, are very interested on R n’ B music and K-Pop music. There are many of those artist which extremely popular now. For example “Justin Bieber” who have a video in youtube.com which is the most viewed one in that site (currently 790 million views). So, these kind of music are the most favored by record buyers.

In second place, “Pop Music” is one of the most favorable music by record buyers. Pop music now is the most favorable music in Indonesia, which it means that record buyers in Indonesia prefer this kind of music. In music term pop music created for the youth. Softer than rock, pop music usually bring up simple music and bring up romance topic in it.

And in other hand, there is “Rock music”, which is already popular since introduced at 1940 (currently rock n’ roll). Usually this music brings up many “hard beats” in its compositions, and covered with distortion electrical guitar sounds. This kind of music is also usually themed by romantic love, but there are some of them are contained social and politic critiques.

From the writer’s view point, those are types of popular music which are favored by record buyers, due to its popularity and “market value” on those music. Those types are currently the most which hold upper music chart position in countries.
